| superprix size |
text added to photos |
We recommend you choose the Superprix size (11.4 x 17), 30% larger than traditional photos (10 x 15) for the same price.

| Standard Size 10x15 |
SuperPrix size 11.5x17 |

Add text to your photos! Add a dedication, title, message for a loved one, relatives and friends, as many possibilities as you like by choosing multiple fonts styles and sizes, colours, etc.
|
| "STANDARD" FORMAT |
coloured border |
Here at Fotoprix, we recommend you use the standard option for your photo so that the size of the print is a traditional size (10x15, 11x17, 13x18, 15x20, etc.) and you will be able to place it in an album, frame, etc. That way you can avoid your print being 2 cm shorter.

| 10x13 photo proportional to the screen of your camera, obtained with the digital option |
Photo obtained with the standard option: 10x15 proportional to the 35mm negative |
This only has one drawback - the image will be trimmed a little at the top and bottom. If when using the "standard" option you see that parts of the image are cut off that you do not want to lose, our software allows you to modify this by using the option "crop", which marks the area of the border you want to keep.

Your photos like postcards! The PRIXnet software gives you the option to order your photos with a coloured border. There are 4 pre-established colours, each 4 mm wide, which are the most commonly used. However, with PRIXnet, you can choose whatever border colour and width you like. We recommend this with print sizes equal or greater than 11.5x17.

If you are not daring enough to order all your photos with a border, we recommend that you try it out with 2 or 3 photos to see the difference it makes. Red and yellow are the most popular.

Make your photos panoramic! If you crop your photos in a panoramic format as in this example, we will make you a 10 x 30 cm photo. We can also process digital camera photos, e.g. from Canon, that turn up to 5 individual photos into a single panoramic print. You will only be charged for the larger size.

| resolution |
cd |
| Resolution.- We recommend that customers take photos using the low compression option of their digital camera. By using the medium and high compression options, the quality is much lower. If you want to be able to store more photos on your card, it is better to use the low resolution option. Remember that if you are going to make prints up to 13x18 in size, 2 mega pixels is enough although larger sizes with good quality will not be possible. |
If you have a CD made using Fotoprix software or even software from other companies, our software recognises the 24x36mm negative size and automatically retains this proportion without having to modify or change anything. |
| laboratory |
and much more... |
| The PRIXnet software together with the most modern laboratory equipment in the world allow us to modify photos in ways that very few other laboratories could at present. |
We will soon be adding more options and products, such as calendars, greetings cards, Christmas cards, business cards, etc. We will also be offering the option of removing red eyes from your photos, which is very common with digital cameras, being one of the first companies in the world to offer this service. |
