Making a PhotoBook is a very simple process. The only thing you have to have to hand are the photos you want to use from your hard disk or a CD, memory card, etc. The rest is child's play. There are two ways of making your PhotoBook:
• Automatic process: You choose the photos and the software will design the book in a matter of seconds. You can then change the position of the photos and/or templates
(from the software, go to the top menu and select HELP - Automatic assistant)
• The other way is to make the PhotoBook manually. You can choose the cover and whether you want double or single pages, drag photos to your chosen spot, choose the text you want, filter, rotate and crop your photos, convert them to black and white, etc., etc., until you have completed your PhotoBook.

| We will now describe the steps to follow: |
| 1 - Download the PhotoBook software. |
| By default, it is installed in C:\Program Files\Fotoprix\Fotolibro. |
| 2 - Choose the photos you want to use. |
| We recommend you copy all your images to a single file to speed up the process. The software will always display the last file of images opened, without showing all the images opened previously, so as not to use as many of your computer's resources. (Go to 'Add Images' in the bottom left-hand corner of the software) |
| 3 - Create your PhotoBook. The main functions of the software are shown in the diagram below. |
| Pay attention to the symbols that can appear while inserting images mentioned down. It can influence negatively on the book printing. |
| 4 - Once you have finished, save the book to your hard disk or CD. |
| Save your project regularly and before sending your book as a precaution. The extension of the saved file or book will be nameofyourbook.PhA |
| 5 - Automatically send your book to our laboratory over the Internet. |
To send us your book, go to the top menu and click on 'Order' or on the shopping cart symbol. The software will ask for your Fotoprix website username and password.
You should select the number of copies you want of your book, hardcover or softcover, and the place where you want your book delivering (Fotoprix store or to your home). So we can go ahead and make your PhotoBook, you must pay for it in full by credit card at the «My Orders» section of PhotoBook.

| 6 - After just a few days, your book will be delivered to your Fotoprix store or your home. |
| You will receive your duly protected PhotoBook in approximately 7 working days after being made by our laboratory with all the care and love your memories deserve. You can monitor the progress and status of your order via the «My Orders» section. |
