Payment and delivery
Before completing your order, the software will ask you how you want to receive the product, giving you two options: either to pick it up from the Fotoprix store of your choice or to receive it in the comfort of your own home. Once you have chosen the form of delivery and sent off the order, an e-mail will be sent to your e-mail account confirming receipt of the order. Before making payment, you will be able to see details of your order by going to the « My Orders » section where it will also show whether any existing special offers or promotions have been applied. In the same e-mail you will receive a link to help you make a secure payment using a credit card.

If, for any reason, you do not receive the e-mails confirming the delivery status of your order, payment confirmation, etc., you can monitor the status of your order via the «My Orders» section. Each order submitted will be given a corresponding number together with its creation date and you will be able to view all jobs requested together with details of the order for each one.

Once you submit the request to the laboratory and after making your payment, your order goes into production, and therefore you can not change: the content of the order (pictures, text, etc.), the type of finish selected, apply the introduction or reintroduction a discount code, request a change of store pickup or change in the direction of home delivery.

Delivery time is 9 working days from the moment of payment, and 3 additional days for home delivery.

Below is a description of the different forms of delivery:
1 - Pick up from store (without delivery costs)
If you select this option, our system will allow you to choose from one of the 270+ Fotoprix stores located throughout Spain. This pick-up system does not imply any type of delivery cost in addition to the price of the product as jobs will be transported using Fotoprix's own internal transport.

Once you have chosen the store, you can then go ahead and send us your order. Once this has been sent, you can then make payment from the « My Orders » section where you will also be able to monitor the status of your orders. Look for your order number and click on 'Pay'. Then type in your credit card number without spaces, hyphens or dots. Payment will be made via a secure payment gateway and information will be sent with a Thawte security certificate.
Remember to ask for your receipt at the moment of paying. No invoice requests will be accepted at a later date.

To make sure all jobs are delivered correctly, our software will give you an order number and receipt indicating all information related to the order (quantity, price, pick-up store, customer details, etc.).

Print off this receipt so that Fotoprix employees from your chosen store can give you your product. If, for any reason, you cannot print off this receipt, you will have to give the store your personal information and order number.

In order to avoid unnecessary trips to the store, once your order has been sent and paid for and we have produced it, an e-mail will be sent to the e-mail account given in your registration information informing you that your order has been sent from the laboratory to the requested store. If any problem should occur with the e-mail, you can view whether the "sent to destination" status has been completed via the «My Orders» section.

The store will receive your order approximately 2-3 days after this e-mail and approximately 7 days after payment was made with your credit card. If you want to confirm that your order has arrived, call the store and give them your order number. You can find a map and information on the store here .

Make sure you complete all information correctly when registering and that you provide us with a valid e-mail address.
2 - Home delivery
If you want to receive your order within the comfort of your own home, office, summer house, etc. or send them to the home of relatives, friends, etc., you can click on the option Home Delivery when sending your order to our laboratory.

First, our system will propose the address given during registration as your delivery address. You can either confirm this suggestion or choose another address (this modification should be made every time you want to receive an order at an address that is not your registration address).

Once your file has been sent, continue to make a secure payment using your credit card via the « My Orders » section. An e-mail will be sent to the account indicated during registration confirming that payment has been made correctly.
You can monitor the status of your order via « My Orders » and by receiving an e-mail after each status is completed so that you know the situation of the order at all times. The corresponding bill will also be sent to your e-mail account once your order has been processed and dispatched, if you have requested this service.

Remember to ask for your receipt at the moment of paying. No invoice requests will be accepted at a later date.
Forms of payment

The credit card is the established form of online payment. Cards accepted for payment are VISA and Mastercard. For this purpose, secure 128-bit SSL certificates have been bought to make sure your information travels over the web in a completely reliable manner.

Another reliability guarantee for your online payment with a credit card is the «la Caixa» payment gateway.
Delivery service

All jobs are personally delivered to your chosen address by DHL within a maximum term of 4 working days. Make sure you have completed all delivery and registration information correctly complete with your telephone number. The cost of this form of transport is indicated on the price list. All jobs are dispatched in secure, pre-sealed cardboard boxes. Copy formats in excess of 20x30 cm are dispatched in special cardboard tubes.
